I have rented a set of COLORado Solo 2 fixtures, and when I try to run the zoom parameter, the fixtures strobe instead. The fixture's output is static with a zoom level set at 5, but increasing from that level starts the strobing, the rate of which increases as you increase zoom levels. I have them addressed separately and am using an ETC Nomad to run them. They are patched in the SSP mode. I could hear them run through their zoom calibration when powered up and when setting the DMX address. I was thinking it might have to do with the Strobe Mode(?) set to Open, but I could not figure out how to "close" it. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated as the Zoom feature is why I went with these fixtures.
