Ion App fails to connect after updating to the latest version

A couple of our consoles were recently updated to the latest version of the software (3.1.0.282) and now neither of those consoles will connect to the remote app. Our other consoles in the building that haven't been updated connect fine still. Any ideas about why we can no longer connect now that we've updated the software?

There was a not a change in the latest code that should prevent a connection. I agree with Ranger that you should start by making sure your consoles are on the network and have valid IPs.
