Kino freestyle how the heck do I get colors

Kino Freestyle 21 P3 CCT RGB 8b ?

16 bit but yes.  Color crustaceans has no effect and I'm confused.  Going to look at the firmware version on the ballast.  Fingers cruse. 

I have have not used Kino Freestyle. But other products normaly have either CCT or Color.

Not both at the same time.

i found something while searching the Manual.

Firmware 4.0 says: * Red, Green, and Blue only active when Green/Magenta < 3

on Page 4 of the DMX Table.

Can't find it in Firmware v5 anymore.

Exactly.  This unit is not moving to colors, in any mode,  no matter what tint/gel/xfade is used.  The colors do exist, because when I mismatch the profile on the ballast and the console, I get random party colors. 

And What firmeware do they have?

hmmm, i double checked the Manual and the Fixture library for the Freestyle 21.

I am out of options.

Maybe you give the Unit a factory default, disable Wireless. And check again.

On others,  turn tint off in ML control to get colors.

This is not working.
