Short answer is Yes. Only thing you should watch out for is version of Nomad software you are running (ie if prior to 3.0) and XE20 running 3.0+ then you need to save as ESF2 or upgrade your nomad. 
 Other thing you have to remember is you need a dongle with enough parameters to run your patch.
