In Use Channels Flexi Broken

'In Use Channels' flexi is displaying the same data as Active Channels.

Shouldn't in use channels also be showing channels which are currently marked?

3.1.2 released.

Flexi In Use should show everything in Active (Intensities that are above 0 or fading to 0; any running effects; any with NI moves) as well as any channels that are marking.

I just did a quick test in v3.1.1 and Beta v3.1.2 and see this working correctly, so could we see a quick example file where it's not working please?

Flexi Cells Off | In Use does not show Marking channels. I see this bug in v2.9.2 as well as v3.1.x

In the above screenshot, Flexi In Use is on the left, Flexi Cells Off | In Use is on the right. They should match, but don't.
