I'm having an issue where a universe will stop responding which during a show is problematic when the only way to get it going again seems to be rebooting the desk. It's not always on the same universe and is too sporadic to identify an obvious cause.
We're using an Ion Xe outputting sAcn to a net 3 gateway outputting 4 individual universes to RDM splitters. None of the splitters have more than 6 lights per output and no more than 14 lights on a single universe.
I would disable the RDM on the splitters although now nothing is showing up on Concert.
Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
