Create Custom Color Wheel - Not all Gels available

I think only available color flags are in the list. A color wheel with dicro or glass filters is very different to a scroller using gels.

They are different for sure.
But if i like to make a Custom new one isn't is ok to choose your own Color?
After All the Custom Color is shown as a selectable Color-Chip.

And i had done this in the past, somehow. But now a can't recreate it : /
And i don't have documented my way of doing it : (
