We have an XE20 at our theatre and the other evening I went to power it up and the power light flashed blue for a second then no life anywhere in the console.
Changed which socket it was plugged into, changed power cable, still nothing.
Then I removed all cables out the back to get a look at the fuse (fine) and then when I tried again (with cables out, usb, DMX, display ports) it fired right up and behaved the rest of the night.
It's worked flawlessly for nearly a year now apart from this issue and the same one about 6 months ago. Is this an issue with external devices, shutdown method needs reviewing, or should we be talking to our distributor?
