Issue with color mixing a Strand Cantata LED fresnel FC on my console

Hi, 
 
 So I am testing a Strand Cantata Fresnel (Full Color) in my theatre and I have an issue with color mixing the unit from my ETC GIO. 
 Short version is the profile for the fixture has Red, Green, Amber, Blue, Cyan, Lime for color mixing, when I select a color from the color picker the cyan and lime attributes don't react. 
 
 For example I tell the fixture to be in R27, which should be very red but the cyan and lime stay at 100% so it looks sort of yellow. 
 
 Any thoughts on how I can correct this?
