I click to enable DHCP in Settings but nothing happens. Any idea why?

Hi, I`m struggling to connect the aRFR to my GIO. A video tutorial says I`ve to enable the DHCP in the usd port but the option is dull. I touch, I click and nothing happens. Not a flag appears...

Anyone has any idea about why?
