When you publish a list such as this one, does it have only added fixture profiles or do you include profiles that have been updated as well.

This is actually just a list of new devices.  One of the things we will add in a near term release is a highlight in the "fixtures" tab in patch, telling you which fixtures in your show have updated library information.  That will allow you to easily see which devices have changed, and decide if you want to update your library (on a per device basis) or not.
