Bug: output config, in Setup, only via Touchscreen

Hi there, 
 this is since... a while know. But i just managed to sort my paperwork for today. 
 Tested in v3.1.3 as well.

 If you like to change the DMX-Startaddress of the Outputs, in Setup, no Keyboard input is possible. You are forced to use the on screen Inputbox by mouse or by touchscreen.

Yes there is: 
 [EOS-51310] Some Popup fields for numeric input in Setup do not accept console facepanel input 
 I will add a note to the ticket that you're running into this as well.
