MTC Submasters and Macro

Question

Hi, 
 This may have been answered already 
 My venue has just started using MTC for certain shows 
 I have it all set up and all works, the question I would like to ask is can you get MTC to learn submitter flashes? I know it runs cues but just a thought as I know normally timecode on other desks work like this 
 
 2nd question 
 What is the easiest and best way a macro to turn on and off timecode when plotting so it doesnt trigger (command). How to do this please

 on the submaster flash button would you learn event air it would learn as you push the flash bump button or is there a certain way of it learning a sub bump button? 
 i will give the macro a go see how I get on with it any problems I&rsquo;ll let you know
