Images removed from folders after upgrading to 3.1.4

Question

Images organized into folders and saved in a showfile pre-3.1.4 will be removed from the folders and placed in the "root' of the image organization panel after a showfile is upgraded to 3.1.4 
 Appears on both Apex 10 and Nomad PC.

I would be happy to look at the showfile it's happening in so long as it has nested/foldered images in 3.1.1 and they pop out in v3.1.4.
