Prevent dimming console displays in lockout mode

In v3.1, is there a way to prevent the console from dimming the snake lights and displays when Lockout (Shift+Esc) is activated?

Solution: In Setup / Brightness Settings turn off "Link to Main." Unfortunately, now they won't dim when I hold down [Displays] and turn the wheel, but oh well.
