How can i add value to tilt in blind, without to lose the reference of preset?

Tis is an example:

I want to add 10 to the tilt, but with keep the preset reference.

This command works, but the preset is lost:

Chan 1 Tilt + 10

This works, the preset is not lost, but adds 10, and one more 10 in the next cue:

Chan 1 Tilt @ -105 Thru 105 Replace With + 10

I have a lot of cues. What is the one command?
