Re: iPhone charging:  The iPhone actually takes more power than the USB spec allows.  Try and charge an iPhone on a 500mA USB power supply and it won't go.  Look at the bottom of the iPhone brick and it provides a full amp.  Not sure what the ION USB ports put out.

It would be nice, however.

I will be purchasing this soon and will be using it in two spaces!

The USB ports on the consoles meet the USB standard, so it's 100mA on initial connection, up to 500mA on request.

According to my Mac (when connected to an iPhone);

Current Available (mA): 500

Current Required (mA): 500

No idea why it doesn't work on a console port..

We have had many requests for multiple profiles, so I think that will be a must for the next version.

I'm not exactly sure why an iPhone/iPod will not charge from a console's USB port.  Any iPhone/iPod drivers definitely would not be pre-installed on the console operating system.  I am wondering if power to USB ports is disabled when drivers for the attached device are not present...?  We are looking into this...

Okay... the console supplies only 100mA of power to an unrecognized USB device (such as an iPhone or iPod)  If the drivers were installed, they would instruct the operating system to increase the power to the desired level. (500mA are required to charge an iPhone or iPod)  We will not be installing the Apple Mobile Device Drivers on the consoles at this time, because we want to keep the operating system as clean and efficient as possible.

Apple does sell a small, portable wall charger for the iPhone and iPod, which is what I use personally:

For $3 each, and scattering them around the theatres for all the iPhone users.  A few in the booths, a few in the shops, a bunch in the offices...

I don't know how other people feel about this, but my experience has been that with the virtual wheels it's sometimes difficult to go up or down just one "click"  

It would be nice if there were an option to change the function of the wheel so that touching the top half of the wheel goes up a click and the bottom half goes down a click.

Maybe I'm the only one who has this problem?

Yeah, we experimented with exactly what you suggest:  a single click above or below the center of the wheel resulted in one click in the appropriate direction, and a double-click pushed the wheel in or out.  The problem was that no one could easily figure out how to press in the wheel.  Maybe we could just add single step arrow keys above and below the wheels in the narrow view...?
