Known issues in 1.7

The following are known issues in 1.7.   These will all be addressed in our next release.  In the meantime:

If the backup takes control from the primary, to get control back to the primary, the best restore option is to restart both the primary and backup.    If, instead,  you use the [Take Control] tab under "network" in the browser, you should open a new show file and then reload your current file.  There is a bug in the take control function that can make it look like the primary has taken over as the master, but the synchronization is not complete.  Reconnecting through either of these methods will solve the problem.

Recalling a snapshot with the monitors in Expand mode can cause an application crash.

Avoid resizing your columns in table and spreadsheet views, as this can cause a GUI slowdown.  If you have resized your columns, [Control] (from the external keyboard) and clicking in the column that has been adjusted will reset to default.

If you modify a stored color palette using the Gel picker, you must [Update] [CPn] to get that change to apply.  [Update] [All] [Enter] will not store the change.

I'll post any further issues we discover here.

If you run into an application crash of any kind (or a system crash) that impacts only one of your devices on a multi-console system, at your earliest opportunity, you should exit to the shell and restart the app on all other connected devices.

Hope this helps.

Thanks much!
