Hello.
We've encountered an issue today while doing the lx rig for a touring production who are using a ION, touring sensor dimmers & an etc net 3 show control gateway.
Our in house Sensor dimmers use addresses in universe 1 & 2.
The touring show's rig uses universes 2 through 4. That is our first problem we both use universe 2!
We suggested they re-patch all the fixtures on universe 2 to a un-used universe such as 5. However we could not find a way to tell all the addresses in use on universe 2 that they were now universe 5, without going to each fixture individually which under the time restraints of a touring show we do not have time to do.
Is there a way to do this?
There were other issues in regrads to using our network and the touring network set-up but the major issue was the one above.
