The "LAMP ON" command for the SGM Giotto Spot & Wash 400 is not functioning properly on Ion 1.7 It strikes the lamp momentarily, but after a few seconds the lamp turns off. Repeated attempts turn out the same result. I'm accessing the command by selecting the fixtures, using "ABOUT" and then clicking the 'LAMP ON' button.
Talking with out Master Electrician it didn't work on 1.4 either.
Is anyone else seeing similar issues with other fixtures, do you have these fixtures, an SGM issue perhaps?
