Yes there is. Press and hold the "More Softkeys" {M} button. While you are holding the button the screen will display the different modes that are available on the iRFR.
ie {Park} {Live}{Playback} {Patch}
While holding the {M} Button select {Playback}
You will have the following options:
{Sub} {Load Q} {Stop / Back}
{Macro} {Goto Q} {Go}
