Unfortunately you haven't given us much information in this post, so we'll need to ask you quite a few questions.
Does this error happen often, or have you only seen this once? We'd like to know what software version you are using, whether this error occurred on an Element console or Element Offline, and what you were doing or trying to do when the desk showed this error, and what things are on your network.
If this happened while trying to run Element Offline, we'd also like to know which operating system you have (Windows XP, Vista, Mac OS X etc).
The more information you can provide, the faster we can find a solution to prevent it happening again.
