Ion Wing Load

Question

Can't seem to get a cuelist to load to an empty fader on a wing attached to an Ion. I'm typing in [Cue] 99 [/] [Enter] and then pushing both buttons under the fader on the wing that I want to load it to. Nothing happens, um, doing wrong?
 
The only way I've been able to do it is via the virtual faders on the Ion RPU.

Have you tried a release on that fader first? If you send me your showfile, I'll have a look as well.
