Eos Family problem with Ion...please help.

problem with Ion...please help.

Every time that I power up my board, channel/fixture 124 comes on at full. Has anyone else run into this problem before...and, if so, do you know how to correct it?

Ion powers up in the same state it was in when it was last powered down.Here are some things to investigate:

Is channel 124 parked? There would be a small 'P' on the tombstone to indicate this.

Is your board op powering down the board with channel 124 left on?
