I have several error log files that I need to send to ETC.
Who should I send them to?
Karen, the logs can be sent to eos@etcconnect.com. If you would be so kind in that email to:
Identify the problem. A date and time that the issue occurred would be most useful.
Advise what platform / system config you are working with.
The name of anyone in tech serve that you may have already spoken with about the problem.
That would be most helpful.
