There might be a simple solution to this, but I'm at a loss. If I hit GOTO Cue 0 or GOTO Cue OUT, all lights black out and then channel 3 fades up to full. Why? I don't even have any cue lists recorded. Any suggestions?

You may still have a sub playing in the background even if all the sliders on the wings are in the 0 location. Because you can change fader pages on your wing, you don't always want the sub level tied to the slider location. Also you can use the command line or macros to change sub levels. Again this would not be possible if sub level were always tied to slider position. If the sub slider and the "actual" level of the submaster are not in sync, the led on bump button will flash.
Setting all the channels to 0 will manually override a sub and when your release that manual data, either bye using [Goto Cue][Out] or [Sneak][Enter], the sub will reestablish control brining that channel to full. This sounds like what you are experiencing. Try the syntax from the previous post. If that does not fix your problem then give me a quick call on monday in Tech Support and I can work with you to figure out what exactly is going on.
As an additional note, if you do have a sub up but dont know where it is, you can [Sub] [1] [thru] [Home] [Enter] - this will set all submasters to their default. Additives to zero and inhibs to full. It's an easy way to do a quick cleanup.
