Our ion is only one year old and starts to show problems with some faders. last month we had the grandmaster replaced because it randomly started to fade up or out without user action.
The fader felt moer loose then other faders and when slightly pressed to the left it skipped loads of values.
we all thought this must have been caused by some unreported drop and so we replaced the fader.
now one month after this happens with fader 16 on the wing. this one starts to slowly follow fader 13.
when using the fader itself it also skips values.
going to diagnostics shows the fader moves up and down without being touched
anyone else had this problem yet?
