relay out (remote trigger connection)

Can you be a little bit more specific. I looked at the forum post, but for me it was not very clear. What does the relay out do? Does it give a 12v signal when turned on. It does that 4 times or 8 times. Sorry but for me the diagram is not very clear.

How do I activate it?

I'm defenitly working on it now because I am a freelancer with a gap in my schedule. So that's why I'm doing the research now  and also try to finish it. Not that I need it right away.

I think I got the relay so far working that I hear it go on and off everytime I press the go-button :

cue1 execute relay 1 on

cue 2 execute relay 1 off

The only problem is I don't know how to connect it to a device, like for instant say a 12v lightbulb (the most simple thing I thought) Maybe I'm thinking totally wrong, but can you say how I can connect it to make it go on and off everytime I press the go-button?
