Greetings all,
We have recently corrected a few issues found in our Eos Family version 1.8 software. There are some specific items that we would like to make sure are corrected before the general release of version 1.8.1. With that, we would like to invite you to participate in the beta test of version 1.8.1 software. The specific items follow:
- We have added logging to help diagnose slowdowns in the displays
- If a Backup platform takes over from the master, it will carry over active lamp commands and preclude any EDMX issues.
- The slowdown in Spreadsheet should be gone.
If you have encountered one of these issues and want to try the new code, please contact me by close of business Monday 21 December. After that please contact Anne Valentino.
All communication for this test will be conducted via the ETC Community Forums. In order to participate you will need to be a registered user on the forum. If at any point during the test you encounter significant difficulty, Downgrade to 1.8 immediately and then contact us via the forums.
