Our college just recently purchased an Ion lighting console, I got it setup and everything seems to function properly except for the console key's and fader wing. Neither of them do anything. Although, the mouse and the computer keyboard work to bring up light sources. I have tried turning the system off and disconnecting everything then reconnecting, still the same problem. Can anyone help me with this?
