What is the best manner for copying an entire cue list to another blank cue list so that another version of the same show can be edited, while maintaining the integrity of the originally created one?

I'm not sure why you would want to do such a thing. "File Save" is implemented as a journaling file system so every time you save it creates a nicely timestamped copy that can be reloaded using "File Open", bringing back your show as it was at time the show was last saved.
Simply an attempt to keep all the cuelists within one show file for ease of patch and palette updates as we continue to program. Two separate show files would require constant merging of information or manual input.
To give a better explanation of my reasoning for the setup, we are running two shows in rep with a smaller version of Show 1.
Cue List 1 = Normal Rep Show 1
Cue List 2= Normal Rep Show 2
Cue List 3 = Shortened Version of Show 1, will be "cut and paste" from Cue List 1 preferably.
All of these shows reference the same patch, palettes, groups and presets which are being updated as we continue to program the shows.
[cue] [1] [/] [copy to] [3] [/] [enter]
will do the trick (it might take a minute to execute depending on the size and complexity of your cue list).
