Flashing Red LEDs on fader wings after boot 1.8.2

Anyone else having all of their red LEDs flashing on fader wings after booting into 1.8.2? With no functionality on the console. When this happens, there is almost no way to shutdown and reboot except by using the power button.

This has just started happening with 1.8.2.

This is becoming a serious issue for us! It is happening more and more often. Any thoughts?
