writing a macro to strike lamps on Mac 700's

I want to write a macro to lamp up the Mac 700's in our current show .. I want this macro to run with the preshow cue . . .now that lamp controls are deep in the ABOUT menu how do I do this?

If you go into the macro editor (double hit the macro key) you can select a macro number and hit the edit softkey. Once you are in the editor the right side of the CIA will repaint to list softkeys and lamp controls. You can use these buttons to post the lamp on command into the macro.
