we got our new Element 2 last week and stumbled upon an issue right away.
When switching it on after power was completely disconnected the startup process hangs if usb devices are connected. As we're using the keyboard and mouse that was part of the delivery and the Dell P2418HT touch screen that was recommended here I am a bit stumped as to what the problem is. One thing that came to mind, maybe during transport the buffer battery (assuming there is one) moved and is not in place? Did anybody else experience something like this? We have one of the consoles with updated hardware components (after Aug 2022) in case that matters.
