for this you would probably want to open a second PSD tab (rather than having one split PSD tab). you can still show them both with a screen layout. you can get there by clicking the tiny monitor symbol in the top left corner of your screen.

Ok, trying that... Hmmm... How do I get one PSD to show only the main and the second to show only the second list?

Click in the PSD tab to select it, then click on the settings gear icon at the bottom of the screen. At the top of the pop-up settings window, change lock status from "Unlocked" to the list of your choice.

when you double click the tab's tab (the "handle" at the bottom end of the tab, where it says "2 PSD"). you'll get into the config menu for that tab. at the top there is a dropdown menu where you can lock the tab to a certain cuelist.
