Submaster to change ColorSource Spot and Par 5ch to strobe with submaster fader or button

Question

I have a scene with an electric chair that turns on and off multiple times and I would like to follow the actor on a submaster. Is it possible to change the ColorSource Spot and Pars to strobe on and off with a submaster while in a cue? I'm needing to follow the duration and number of times the actor throws the switch which is not always the same. Console is the Ion Xe 20.

Just record the desired Strob parameter in a Submaster and you can trigger them. Keep in mind that Strob Parameters are contain the Strobmode and the Strob speed. 
 Is a constant Strob all you need, or are you willing to increase and decrease the Strob speed?
