Windows 11 Pro ETC NOMAD IP address change.

Question

So I followed the instructions from this: support.etcconnect.com/.../How_to_Change_IP_Address_on_Windows_10_for_Use_with_ETC_Networks
The only thing I don't fill out is The perferred DNS section since it says to leave it blank.
But what I get when I try to save it says: Can't save IP setting. Check one or more settings.
What am I missing?

I've run into this and I've found the sure way to get the IP address to change not going into control panel from windows settings but just opening control panel directly. Then navigate to network connections or network adapters and follow the settings outlined in the ETC article.
