Eos Ti screen tilt difficult to move

Hi folks, I have an Eos Ti (enhanced) that we purchased in 2020. I've been noticing lately that the clutch for the screen tilt seems to be getting more and more difficult to move, mostly when trying to pull it up. I know I have the button held down, and often I'm finding I have to apply extra pressure to the button in order to move the screens to an upright position. Once they're up, they stay up on their own, and they go back down fairly easily.

Is this something others have experienced? Is there an easy fix or adjustment I can make, or would this require sending it in for service?

Have a look in the inner body of you Desk.
On a Gio there are 2 big Locks on the bottom-side to turn,

Open the Desk and have alook if the hydrolic thingy is leaking.

I one ran into an issue with a Gio, that would let the screen to tilt up.
Becase the hydrolic was leaking.
There is a temp. fix, Techsupport told me.
But it should be only temp. and i am not allowed to tell you here in forum. I promissed to tech support!

Finally had a chance to open the desk just now. The hydraulic for the screens doesn't appear to be leaking as far as I can tell, but it is still difficult to move the screens unless I really put pressure on the release button.
