"reverting to manual data" = does it say 'Pr x' in red or does it show e.g. Pan as 90° (in red)?

by moving through cues, I mean hitting "go"

It shows pan at Xº and tilt at yº

Unfortunately it is happening randomly so I have not gotten video but I will try

Is your Data-Key looked?

If so, the Datakey is Green and in the Live-Tab (Tab1), in the upper left corner will be written "Data Latched"

If that is the Case, press your datakey once to disable the Latched Function.
