Record Cue 11+12+13+14 works for me

i would say it's expected behavior that if those cues don't exist yet, Record Cue 11 Thru 14 will only create cue 11. that's consistent Thru behavior. if you want all those cues created you will need to use Record Cue 11 Thru Thru 14.

Check the record cue 11+12+13+14.   We found while it does write the cues; The levels will be wrong in those cues.  They will not be a copy of the original.

had cues 1 thru 3. sitting in cue 1, recorded 11+12+13+14. cue 11 is the same as cue 1, cues 12 thru 14 are "empty", i.e. no changes. not seeing anything unexpected.

Hmm very odd.   It did not work earlier today, but did now.
