sounds like you need to go back in to the desk setting and re-assign fader's 1 through 40 as submasters, but not sure why it would have lost that in the first place. try that. If that doesn't work I would call tech services.

I did get to talk to a local technician. He feels it may be a physical problem with the Slider wing- to -Main console connector. I'll try disconnecting and reconnecting the wing.

I can still access the submasters using the on screen slider display, so my submasters are all there and can be recorded and used with the mouse. Reassigning them was one of the first thing I checked, thinking I had lost my work-it was still there.
