Why my RPU (backup) isn't connecting with Gio (master)?

My RPU backstage isn't connecting with the Master Console, ETC Gio in the booth.

They are connected through ETCNet, and had previously communicated. What am I missing?

Do you still require assistance or were you able to figure it out?

- can you ping in both directions
- in the shell > setup > network is Multiconsole activated for both, and on the correct network port
- are they on the same exact software version
- are they on the same exact fixture library version
- are they set to the same language
