Roxy Theatre Owen Sound's ION console ( running v2.9.1) .
Show programming will be complete. Cue 1 - houselights up- Audience walks in.
fire Cue 2 - houselights should go down- but the houselights won't respond. ( analog dimmer )
Only fix seems to be console re-boot.
Any other users have this issue?
