Hello,
I have Nomad with a dongle and am trying to launch as a backup for my Gio via WiFi on my Surface Tablet. I'm able to connect to the Gio in mirror mode, so I don't think it is an issue with the network. Any ideas?

Ok, to amend this. I have my Nomad dongle and Gadget plugged in and am not getting any options to launch Nomad in anything other than offline mode.

OK, that isn't normal. If the dongle is recognized properly the shell should present you with the options Primary, Backup and Client. This wouldn't help you when using WiFi, but still the buttons should be there.
The dongle has a red LED inside. Is it on?
The red LED blinks once when I plug it in, but other than that no.
It seems this is problem with the dongle driver. Maybe you try to install the EOS software again.
And that fixed that.
