eos network with ion and programming wing

Hi All, on a eos network with an ionxe20 as primary. a touchscreen laptop next to it with a nomad key for the touch screen. and a programming wing onstage that is without a usb key. will the programming wing still output dmx on its ports?

no, it will not output without a dongle and it can not be used as a control interface (entering commands).

Basically for an I/O to happen it must have a license key. WIthout a key you'll have mirror mode (view only) and offline editing.
