Element 2: Undo AutoMark disable override

On the Element 2, AutoMark is the only method of marking lights available, and it is always enabled. However, it can be disabled per cue by using the {AutoMark Off} softkey.

This adds the “D” flag to indicate that AutoMark is overridden on that cue. This means that light marking will not occur.

However, I have set this flag by accident on one of my cues, as I am still a beginner and was not sure what it did. I would like to remove the “D” flag from my cue, but I don't know how.

No matter how much I push the softkey, there is only the off option, and I cannot use the same key to remove the override.

How can I re-enable AutoMark on a cue after disabling it?

  • The right syntax to disable it:
    Cue 1 [AutoMark Off} Enter

The right syntax to re-enable it:
    Cue 1 [AutoMark Off} Enter

It's the same syntax in both cases, it just toggles between disabled and enabled.

I tested this in current release software (3.2.3 as of this writing) and it works as expected. If for you it's still not working please tell us what software version you're using.
