Yah. Most of the time it finds connection just fine. But when it can’t find connection, we can’t seem to figure out why. Sometimes power cycling helps, sometimes it doesn’t m. Sometimes power cycling the whole system, lights and all helps, sometimes it doesn’t. Could it be the PoE adapter that is inline to the Gateway?

do you have a power supply for the gateway so you can test without the PoE adapter?

has your pathport fully booted and the switch online before you fire up the console? This could make a difference in the case of the console finding the pathport.
