I'm having some trouble trying to use my gadget II and thought id ask if anyone had the same issue and any idea on how to fix it? I've tried following ETC's guide to manually update the driver but every time it fails to install, as seen in the screenshots attached. I've tried reinstalling the family software as well but no luck.
