We have an Element 2 board, a couple of Punch 7 channel LEDs, and the rest of our lights are old fixtures (dimmable gel lights). We are using 2 DMX universes, both plugged into DMX ports 1 & 2 on the console.
They were all working before I updated the board from v2.7 to v3.1
After updating the software, restoring the shows and console settings from USB, no lights work. Faders don't do anything and turning on every single channel doesn't do anything. I already checked the patching, and everything is still patched to the same addresses and fixtures as before the update. It shows it is outputting data as well.
I have not factory reset it yet, but I have tried downgrading back to v2.7 with no luck. I am trying to avoid factory resetting, mainly because I don't want to set it up again, but I can try that still.
I've looked for a while and have not been able to figure out what to do. What should I do/check?
