Color change effect

Can someone tell me where I’m going wrong on trying to create an absolute color change effect for my movers?

The red, orange, yellow, etc, those are color palettes? And they're valid for the respective channels? Get rid of the parameter name in the parameter column and in the parameters field on the right.
